1. All items are brand new

2. For Pre-Order items, please allow 10 working days after closing date for products to be delivered to you

3. Color of items may vary slightly from original item due to lighting and monitor sources.

4. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

5. We will fully refund to you if items that you've ordered are out of stock

Delivery
1. Price listed does not include postage

2. We will use Pos Laju or Pos Ekspress delivering service for buyers in Malaysia and DHL Express for buyers out of Malaysia

3. Postal Charges
Pos Laju (per kg) : RM6-00 (WM), RM8-00 (EM)
*Additional charges of RM1-00 (WM) & RM2-00 (EM) for every subsequent1 pc

Pos Ekspress : RM4-00 (1-2 items only)

4. FREE delivery for purchase of RM300-00 and above!!!

5. Ready stock products will be delivered within 3 days after we received your payment

6. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages of items during delivery

Payment
1. Payment can be made via cash transfer to our Maybank and RHB Bank's account or by C.O.D (Cash On Delivery). We will give you the bank details once you've confirmed purchases.

2. We will only accept cash in Malaysian Ringgit for C.O.D

3. Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation

1. Buyers will need to pay an additional charges if the location is out of our range.
